点评:We had a 5:30 reservation for hibachi. Upon arriving we were told we had to wait because there was a meeting going on with the staff. We were finally seated and eventually the waitress came to take our order. She asked noodles or rice? 3 people in my party asked if they could do half rice, half noodles (assuming one or the other was included, as it is usually at other hibachi places). When finally bringing our drinks and we all asked for straws. Did we want one per drink? Did she think we wanted to share straws? Finally the chef came out and it's now past 6:15. He reviewed the orders and they were wrong. When it was set straight, the food was made - drenched in butter and salt. The chef had to be reminded about the shellfish allergy and to please use different cooking utensils when cooking the chicken, even though the server told us the shrimp would be cooked after the chicken was. My family was with another family and we asked for 2 checks, separating families. When we got the check, it was very wrong. The server needed it broken down again as to who was with who, even though it was made very clear in the beginning. Also, those who asked for half rice and half noodles were charged for a full side of each. She said that's how they do it. She should have said that when the orders were placed as half of each. Did not know a side was not included. Rice was $7 and noodles was $7, on top of the hibachi price, ranging $32 - $38 (without sides). Staff was rude, could not get orders or checks right, and the bathrooms - beyond disgusting. We were the first people there it seemed; does that mean the bathrooms were not clean from the night before? Never going back. There are many other hibachi options in the area who put on an even better show. I will never return and can't imagine why anyone would. Overpriced and underwhelming.
