点评:I don’t even know where to start. As early as the hallway, my family recognized the lack of cleanliness of this hotel with the unvacuumed carpets and garbage left tossed on the floors. We walked into our room and immediately felt like we had entered a time capsule of neglect and bad housekeeping. There was hair everywhere—on the counter, on the chairs, in the bathtub (which, by the way, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2004). Dust covered every surface like it was part of the design.
As for the housekeeping—zero effort, zero care. We politely pointed out the condition of the room to the front desk who were admittedly pleasant. They said, “We’ll let housekeeping know,” which they did almost nothing. There was still dust, the bathtub was still not cleaned, the only progress mass was the hair removal. We were out for more than 6 hours; more than enough time for housekeeping to do something and yet still even the floors were unvacuumed as late as the morning after.
And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, the noise kicked in while we were trying to sleep. We were treated to the full audio experience of the rooms next door talking at full blast, slamming doors, and stomping feet. It felt like we were in their room, only without the invitation.
Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. A tent in a parking lot would be cleaner and come with better customer service.

帮自己个忙:换个地方住吧。停车场里的帐篷会更干净,而且客户服务也更好。
