美洲长住套房酒店-梅多兰兹-东拉瑟福德的点评
点评：If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. We were driving back from North Carolina and arrived at the hotel at 12:15am. I had a reservation all set and ready to go. We got there and the doors were locked. For the record, I had 3 kids with me in the vestibule. There was a phone to contact someone at the front desk so I picked it up and let them know we were ready to check in. The girl was super rude and told me we don’t check anyone in past midnight. I told her I had a reservation with TripAdvisor and she went on to reiterate that they don’t check anyone in after midnight and to call whoever I made the booking through.
So i of course then called TripAdvisor, only to be told that the hotels policy is to check in at 3 PM, which is why they wouldn’t check us in. This is absolute BS. Every hotel in existence has a check in time where you go there after that time, but if you have a reservation, you get there when you get there, as long as it’s after check in time. This was truly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Nowhere on the website did it say anything of that nature whatsoever. I will never use TripAdvisor again, nor will I ever book with an extended stay hotel. I’ll be sure to let everyone and anyone I know about my experience.
