美洲长住套房酒店-梅多兰兹-东拉瑟福德的点评
点评：If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I was told if I called 30 minutes ahead the day of my check I would be able to get an early check in time. When I called I was told that was not possible. However, other people were able to get an early check in. The sheets in the room were dirty, unfortunately I did not see that until it was midnight and too late to call for a change of sheets. The bathroom was dirty and when I tried taking a shower the curtain was not put on properly and water sprayed out of the shower on to the floor creating a puddle. The cabinets in the bathroom were dirty and had a dirty rag still left in it. The bathroom door was unable to fully close or lock. When attempting to check out there was no one there to do the check out process. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would actually like a refund for my stay.
