点评：We decided to give PLNF a try based on the recommendation of a friend who loves Mexican food. I'm no expert on Mexican cuisine, but our meal was certainly delicious and seemed very authentic.
Our order was simple: the Tilapia salad, plus Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas. My wife ordered a Mango drink as well, but this never arrived, even after requesting it a second time (we were not charged). It was fortunate that we ordered the salad, because we discovered that the Fajitas don't come with the usual assortment of toppings--these have to be ordered separately as sides. So we used the salad ingredients--lettuce, tomato, avocado, and even the Tilapia--to fill out our Fajitas. It worked out well in the end; the portions were ample and we were quite full when we left. So I would definitely recommend the food.
But I have to add some important caveats about the rest of our experience. First, be aware that this restaurant is located in a strip mall--and one that is badly in need of renovation. The restaurant is clean enough, but the decor seems thrown together, right down to the mismatched silverware. The dining area is fairly large and the tables are nicely spaced, but the staff seemed overwhelmed by the Saturday evening crowd (about half-full). Dips arrived without nachos--(which finally showed up just before our salad; the salad arrived without dressing (the waitress never asked what we wanted), it took 15 minutes to get some extra napkins, and, as I mentioned, my wife's drink never appeared. We basically felt forgotten for most of our visit.
You should also be aware that this restaurant only accepts cash. And I'm not sure that the wait staff is fully fluent in English (you'll be in better shape if you speak Spanish).
I'm giving PLNF four stars for the quality of the food, and the prices are reasonable, but if you decide to visit, don't say that I didn't warn you about what to expect otherwise.
