点评:Food is delicious! Albertinos is in Collingswood NJ now. Parking is potentially an issue. We were there on a Wednesday and the restaurant was full. We started with two arugula salads and an artichoke. The arugula and dressing were excellent. My wife would have licked the plate of her artichoke appetizer if she could have done so. All three of us had their Wednesday and Thursday only Cacio e Pepe served table side from a whole wheel of parmigiana reggiano. We all had added truffles- (which I will skip the next time I order that.- the truffle flavor was too dominant for me. ) The pasta was excellent. We spent too much time between appetizers and our main course. The waitress explained that all of the tables ordering appetizer size portions of Cacio e Pepe were being served first. They should rethink that and squeeze in the entree portion table once in a while. We were done with our appetizers before two of the other tables had been seated. We shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert. It was wonderful. My cappuccino was sub par. The focaccia bread- home made like everything else- was $5.00 and good. But it didn’t hit the spot. The meal called out for delicious Italian bread - which is not available. Overall, we will return to savor additional menu items.
