had the God mother sub and the sauce was OK, needed seasoning, but the bread must have been forgotten about and left in the oven too long, cause the top of the bread was burnt and
unedible, so much my wife had to cut off the top. The chicken cutlet was pounded to death, so thin it looked more like deli meat that was breaded and fried rather then a chicken breast. It was such an anemic portion of chicken that they must get 10 chicken cutlets from. 1 breast.
My so called linguine and white clam sauce was barely edible. Tasted like dish water with a hint of clam juice. It had a tang to it, i am guessing/hoping from old garlic and again no salt or seasoning !! The 5 whole clanms were decent but the little bit if chopped clams added were brutal to chew, beyond rubbery. I thought I was going to have to go for a dental cleaning to get the hard rubbery bits out of my teeth.
What a shame, I guess the chef or cook or whoever puts out the food at Senza missed the part about actually seasoning your food or maybe they ran out of salt due to the supply chain issues.
