The Capital Grille的点评
点评：There are meals & there are experiences. Tonight was an experience. We have dined at Capital Grilles before but tried the newly opened one in Salem. We arrived 15min early but the staff warmly greeted us to stay inside until the servers were stationed. The Manager, Matthew, thanked us servers Xs for staying & wtg. Our server, attentive & polite. We ordered steak. I swear mine was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Texture, taste, amt delectable. I chose the filet w/ mushrooms. I didn't want it to end! My husband had the gorgonzola w/ wine reduction. Very delicious. I will say politely that part of the steak was not cooked the way we ordered, that said, w/in a minute the Manager bent over backwards to insure that we were satisfied. Definitely above & beyond. In the end it was perfect. Then the last chapter was the cheesecake w/ a fresh melody of assorted berries. The top of the cheesecake had crystallized sugar. I was so full but after a single bite, I was hooked! A must try all-around! 'Chef Shree' I believe supported our taste buds for the evening. When you are brand new, sometimes you need to find your stride. We had an experience this evening and truly enjoyed it.
