点评：I booked 2 tickets to hear Bettye LaVette mainly to experience this relatively new venue. Wow, what a great decision. From the moment we stepped through the front door we felt like family. Every individual was welcoming and cheerful and wished us a great night.
The space is wildly unique and beautiful. The Labrie family could not have done a more perfect job putting it together.
We arrived about an hour before the show and were greeted by our server “Annie” who gave us some useful tips for future visits. We ordered drinks which were excellent and shared a charcuterie appetizer and watermelon and feta salad, both of which were quite good. I opted for blackened swordfish with polenta and vegetables and my wife favored the truffle ravioli. My fish was superb and her pasta was so good she brought some home.
While the food was great, so was the show. Bettye LaVette is a young 77 and she wowed the big crowd! Her grace, her voice, her heart, were all on display. Her multiple encores were the highlight of the night. So blessed to have booked this experience. We will be back, again and again.
