点评:I kind of get it, you're super-rich, you buy a mansion on the coast, and you don't want the riff-raff interrupting your view or your privacy. So when there's a nice sidewalk with a great ocean view across the road, you restrict the parking. That way fewer and fewer people will be on the walkway interfering with your very privleged existence.
This seems to be an increasing trend, rich people restricting access to what could be a public right-of-way. The problem is that it's harder for the lower classes to enjoy the attraction. If it's being billed as something to see, there should be easier access to it.
The view and walk itself is very nice, similar to the Marginal Way in Maine. But there simply isn't any convenient parking near the trail. If you're going to make the effort to go, don't expect a warm welcome or easy access. Overall the difficulty parking pretty much knocks this down in my opinion.
