点评：This place has really gone downhill. I've been a patron for years and am finally done. The lobby is dirty. We were seated in the farthest corner at a dark table that was dirty. Our waitress greeted us nicely, asking how we were, and when we returned the question, informed us that she was happy when she was on break, but not so much now. I worked on my feet all day too, and really was not interested in her complaint. The service was drop dead slow for an empty restaurant (about 4:30 pm). The appetizers were okay, but it was all downhill from there. The meatballs I was served were cold, not a hint of warmth, and as appealing as turds. The fried shrimp and vegetable appetizer my mother had for dinner was a plate full of fried dough balls and a few shrimp. The crispy chicken alfredo was tough and tasteless. The plates were hot but the food was cold, meaning it had been under the heat lamp for probably the whole 10 minutes between the time we were told our dinners were up and the time they were served. We would have told the waitress right away, but it was a good 15 minutes before we saw her again. Must have needed a break from the 3 tables she was waiting on. The manager came out and gave us a rote apology and comped the meatballs. Yuck. It's overpriced factory processed food served by an incompetent waitress in a dingy atmosphere. Bye bye Olive Garden.
