Olive Garden Italian Restaurant的点评
点评：If I lived in the area, it would be hard to return. As it is, I might never be back that way again, anyway. Unfortunately, we had been on a 13-day trip, and this was my last opportunity to eat at an Olive Garden--typically a favourite spot. We called ahead for a reservation for 8-12 but said we weren't 100% on the numbers. When we got there, only six of us attended. Well, you would have thought we asked them to change their menu for us. They had no idea now how they were going to figure this out. I will add here that it was around 8 p.m., and fewer than a dozen people were in the restaurant. It took them almost 15 minutes to seat us, and we ended up sitting right at the table for 12 they already had prepared. They did not make us feel welcome. They did not respond to our questions with great enthusiasm; service was slow, and I got a rather snarky response from a female server when I reminded her that I needed a take-out box. We all left a tip, but it was against my better judgment.
