点评：I was quite surprised to find JC Penney listed on TripAdvisor.
JC Penney has been one of my favorite stores for holiday shopping and Clearance Sale shopping for many years. I was so relieved when the store survived its May 2020 Chapter 11 filing with the help of its rescuers: Simon Property Group and Brookfield Asset Management.
I used to prefer the Rochester location at the Lilac Mall, but that store closed.
On my most-recent visit to the Newington store, I was in search of a peach colored mock turtleneck knit top and the cable knit sweater I saw online. I didn’t find the knit top.
I did find the cable knit sweater. It wasn’t in the light blue I wanted, but I liked the autumn gold color of the style I wanted, so I got the St. John’s Bay 88% Cotton/12% Nylon Long-Sleeved V-Neck Classic Cable Knit Pullover Sweater in a fall shade of gold JC Penney called Leaf Gold. Originally $37.00, it was marked down to $12.99. That was almost 65% off. It was another great find at JC Penney. And, I really like St. John’s Bay brand. I was glad when the company brought that brand back after a long absence.
I rate this experience with JC Penney at 4.75. If I’d found the peach mock turtleneck top, too, I rate it a 5.0.
The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews and some health issues.
