点评：It's weird to say my favorite diner in the country is the tiny cafe in a Toyota dealership, but it's the truth. Normally, if the cuisine at a place is standard fare, I compare it to my own cooking - and I'm a good cook, so few "American" places measure up. I WISH I could turn out griddled meat egg and cheese croissants that tasted like these, although I would get so fat. Every bit of it is the perfect texture. The hamburgers are just the way a home cooked hamburger should be and the toppings are always fresh. Everything I've eaten here is perfectly done and they bring it to you the moment it comes off the heat. When it's good weather, the outside deck is plain but pleasant. There's a nice choice of various sauces/dressings to go on your food.
Vegetarians/people with red meat allergies - they do fry their stuff in beef tallow, but at least they make that really clear so you won't get caught unawares.
