点评：My daughter and I visited this location with my 4 yr old twin grandkids. We specifically picked chick -fil-a because they still have a play area. The area is very small and clearly signed 3yr old and under inside and on the door it states the play area is for 54 inches and below. As my grand kids began to play , it wasn’t long before a group of unsupervised pre teens - clearly over 54 inches entered and began to play extremely rough and out of control. A staff member ( older woman ) came by ( as my grandkids were no longer playing) and gave the older kids a thumbs up!!! She looked at my grandson and offered him a sticker and my daughter explained that he’s special needs and the kids were too wild and rough . She didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Here’s the thing- if you are going to have rules and policies , then follow them! Your food while tasty , is not exactly cheap eats. Take your signs down and instead have signage saying play at your own risk. This is sending mixed messages . It’s bad enough the parents could care less what their kids were doing, but a staff member encouraging this when little ones were unable to play was unexceptionable. I hope this doesn’t happen to somebody else - or worse a little one getting hurt. Oh and not to mention we drove over an hour and a half to go here.
