点评：First of all I’m all about writing up restaurants for good food and service ….we usually go to the one in Nashua n since we were in area with grandkids we thought we stop here n wish we didn’t .
Hostess asked how many n I said “4”…she replied “u ok with a table since booths r taken?” n this was at 4:40 sat afternoon…I said “sure we r ok with table “. So we sit down n server came over n did ask what we wanted to drink n drinks came n grandkids ordered shakes but no straws on table ….so I did get another servers attention that we needed something n she never came over to see what we wanted . Just because ur not our server u can’t come over n see what the customer needs ? That is not good teamwork. After 2 min of waiting , my husband finally got up n went to nearby servers n got straws. While we r seating in our seats my husband n I r looking around restaurant noting how many empty booths there were !!! It’s alot easier to put a 3 n 5 yr old in a booth than chairs !!
We order our entrees which were ok.. i seem to remember the burgers were way bigger back a few years ago n it came with endless fries or salad …..apparently our meals came with endless fries or salad n server never asked us if we wanted anymore fries or salad. Also no ketchup on table n I ended up going to nearest empty table n got a ketchup. We finish entrees n server asks if we want dessert n the grandkids wanted to share the chocolate cake ….cake comes out but no extra plate so now we have to wait another 2 min before that comes our way n before we order dessert the appropriate thing to do is take away the dirty dishes !! Again we r at a sm table n i have dirty dishes next to me now trying to cut the cake to share with grandkids. My husband n i always give 20% tip but this was not worth 20% n we won’t be back to this location .

我们点了主菜，还不错……我似乎记得几年前的汉堡要大得多，还附赠无限量的薯条或沙拉……显然我们的餐点附赠了无限量的薯条或沙拉，服务员从来没有问过我们是否还需要薯条或沙拉。桌子上也没有番茄酱，我最后去了最近的空桌子拿了番茄酱。我们吃完主菜，服务员问我们是否要甜点，孙子们想分享巧克力蛋糕……蛋糕端了上来，但没有多余的盘子，所以我们现在不得不再等 2 分钟，蛋糕才会端上来，在我们点甜点之前，我们应该把脏盘子收走！！我们又坐在一张小桌子上，旁边放着脏盘子，我正试着切蛋糕和孙子们分享。我和丈夫总是给 20% 的小费，但这次不值得 20%，我们不会再来这个地方了。
