Good in some areas and not so much in others...
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport的点评
点评：This hotel is very convenient to the Manchester Airport - less than a 5 minute drive. The rooms are spacious and the hot breakfast was very good. All of the staff members we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a few problems. The satellite dish TV service reception was poor and the picture kept fading in and out -the hotel was aware of the problem and said the issue was with the satellite TV company and not them. We stayed there for 2 nights and housekeeping did not come make up our room. The front desk apologized for the oversight and said at the least they should have provided fresh linens but they did not. The big complaint that I had was that the hotel charges a nightly fee to park your car. I would understand if they were a downtown hotel or had limited parking available, but they have ample parking around the property. I spoke to the hotel manager about this and she said that she had received a number of complaints regarding this and that it was the policy of the company owning the hotel and not the individual hotel itself. I have stayed at Springhill Suites before and never had to pay to park. The hotel manager agreed to waive the parking charges which I thought was very nice of her to do. I would consider staying there again if the parking fee went away.
