Shabby. Elbow grease needed.
杰斐逊旅馆的点评
点评：The good news first: We we’re greeted in a welcoming manner. A barn was a perfect place for our e-bikes with outlets to charge our bike batteries.
Not so good: The barn smelled like cat urine. I love cats…and there are plenty of them on the property ( none in the rental area), but the stench in the barn was overwhelming.
Room:
Good: We had the suite on the 3rd floor. Rather shabby but comfortable enough.
Not so good: The air conditioner was very loud. The shower was very cold until after running the water for about 5 minutes, then it was okay.
Breakfast:
Good: Andi kindly asked us when we arrived what we would like for breakfast the next morning - oatmeal or breakfast burritos.
Not so good: The burritos were cold. The oatmeal dry. The home fries were dry and almost inedible. The coffee was okay.
Also: The lawn was overdue for a mowing and the porch and house for painting. Broken furniture on the porch was unappealing.
Lastly, if you are on bicycles, as we were, there are no restaurants nearby. The nearby deli is adequate but not what we would have preferred after a day biking the beautiful trail.
