点评：The best way to describe The Vault is “Middle East Meets Hippie Trail”, and that’s intended as a high compliment. The food is a fusion of Middle Eastern with African and Latin influences. I had the African noodles; my wife the chicken schwarma. Both were outstanding, as were the Thai peanut cup appetizer. The ret of the menu looked just as good. I also had their “hand-squeezed organic margarita”, and the bartender hit the balance between sour and sweet perfect. The decor is also a plus—Middle Eastern and African art, mixed with Pink Floyd concert posters. This place would compete well in a big city, and is way beyond what we expected in a small town in rural New Hampshire. Lastly, they have open mic live music, and the owner sometimes plays his guitar or his oud. You can’t beat that!
