点评：My wife and I stopped in for an early afternoon lunch/dinner meal on a Saturday. She had a half Caesar Salad with brisket on the side along with the small Mac & cheese. I had a half garden salad then a half rack of ribs, fries and the "Hot Texas Style Backed Beans". Everything was excellent, The half portions of salad were generous, the size of most restaurant's large side salads. The brisket was tender and tasty, not dry at all. My rack of ribs was literally "falling off the bones" tender, and the rub they use is awesome. The mac and cheese was sized like most restaurant's entrée portion. The portion of the mac and cheese was very generous and my wife was very impressed. When we arrived at around 1:45 the place was quiet, but over the next 45 minutes the place was hopping, mostly with locals. The staff were hustling to handle the surge, with even kitchen cooks delivering food to tables. Everyone was helping each other. Having owned a restaurant in an earlier life, I can clearly see a quality operation in action. This is really a real gem of an eating establishment!!
