点评：I don't know even where to start. This place is absolutely awful, consistently! This was NOT our first time stopping by around midnight, as this place is open 24 hours, but it was just as bad as all the other times. You wait in line for 25 minutes or longer and wonder whats going on. When you finally get up to the window to order, someone tells you to please wait a minute, and then your there for like 15 minutes more before someone comes back to you. Well, When you finally get up to the window and ask them what the problem is and why you've been there for half an hour in line, they tell you they only have 2 people working, one for cooking the food and one for the order taking and giving people their food. R U KIDDING ME!!!!! We wanted to get out of the line and just go on and you cant cause there is a long line behind you and so you just go forward. By now we don't even want any food cause we are all just so MAD, and when you get to the window, the people there are so rude and act like we are the ones with the problem when we ask whats going on. R U FOR REAL?!!! YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE A FAST FOOD PLACE AND YOU DON'T TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT GETTING FOOD TO PEOPLE! YOU SHOULD HAVE A SIGN UP THAT SAYS: HALF HOUR WAIT IN LINE CAUSE WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE WORKING..... ALSO LIMITED FOOD, AND ITS COLD, FRIES WERE COLD, HARD, STALE, BURGERS:DRY, OLD, AND NOT PUT TOGETHER WELL!!! One of the times we were there late again, thinking this can't be the same every time, well it was, and we just wanted to get out of the line but couldn't, and there was no one taking the order at the speaker, so we just pulled ahead to try and go forward to get out. When we got up to the window, the guy looked at us and said we didn't wait to place our order, and we just looked at him and said, no kidding, and he said we now had to go to the back of the line again to order. WE JUST COULN'T BELIEVE IT, LIKE HE THOUGHT WE WERE EVEN GOING TO ORDER FOOD! WE JUST WANTED OUT. SO WE SAID TO HIM: "ARE YOU KIDDING, WE ARE EVEN WANTING ANY FOOD, JUST TO GET OUT OF HERE". WE REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY THAT HE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO PUNISH US NOW CAUSE HE HAD AUTHORITY OVER US. LIKE THIS GUY DIDN'T EVEN GET IT. WE WERE DONE! Like were going to "mind" him and go to the back of the line....... hope he felt good on his authority....... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE OWNERS SO THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON. HIRE SOME ADULTS THAT CAN RUN YOUR STORES! YOUR LOSING MONEY! And the sad thing is that the owners of this one, own the other one in Mesquite also at the other end of town and its JUST AS TERRIBLE! COLD, STALE FOOD AND CRAPPY SERVICE WORKERS THAT DON'T CARE. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MCdONALD'S CHAIN! DON'T BOTHER WITH EITHER OF THESE LOCATIONS, YOUR ONLY SUPPORTING DELINQUENT WORKERS THAT GROW UP TO BE JUST THE SAME AS THEY ARE TRAINED NOW, AND WE DON'T NEED MORE OF THIS!
