点评：My recent experience at Frijoles & Frescas Grilled South Rambo location was disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by an employee whose dark hair and she wears medical black glasses. Despite being a regular customer, I regret to say that I will not be returning following this incident.
During my visit, my order was incorrectly prepared. Upon realizing this after returning home, I contacted the restaurant to address the error. The staff member I spoke with insisted that I return immediately to exchange the food or receive a refund, decreasing the option to issue a credit for a future visit. This requirement inconvenienced me and necessitated a return trip, which I found to be unreasonable, particularly considering the late hour and my attire.
Moreover, the manner in which the employee handled the returned food was concerning. It was disconcerting to witness the food being taken back into the kitchen after it had been opened, raising questions about the handling and potential resale of returned items.
I urge others to exercise caution when patronizing this establishment, as my experience has left me with doubts about the quality and integrity of their service and products.
