点评：They just changed their menu dramatically. Not only did they remove a key Italian dish that I used to enjoy (Chicken Picatta), they also REMOVED THE PASTA from a few dishes. Chicken Marsala no longer included PASTA. Pasta is now nine dollars extra and the Marsala went up a dollar from the prior menu when the pasta was included! The Marsala looks like an appetizer now when it is the only item on the plate. When we talked with people, the pasta is separate now because they now make it "in house". Well, my pasta (that actaully came with the dish, since it was Linguini and Clams) was pasty. Wherever they bought the old pasta from before, it was better by far. During the meal our waitress only visited our table one time shortly after our food was delivered by a young man who was sweating even more profusly than our waitress (Maybe there's not enough help, because we found it cool in the restaruant); and the food (even after being warned by the young delivery man the plates were very hot) was cold. As far as the other entres, the Lasange was unremarkable (Stauffer's is a little better). And the Linguini and Clams must have had a full lemon in the suace. And I've already discussed the Chicken Marsala in depth. I suppose I could go on.... but I'm now thinking I've rated this place to high. Maybe one last thing. IT WAS INCREDIBLY NOISY! They had the music so loud that people had to shout to be heard by the others at their tables. AND SHOUT THEY DID. I know everything about the people at the tables around us.
PLEASE, at least change the name to only Cucina. Saying "pasta" in your name seems just rude. Or maybe call it Cucina (Pasta Extra).
