FYI, we packed it all back up for later consumption and threw nothing away. She then promptly cut me off and disconnected the call by telling me to either call their manager or corporate and then she hung up on me. Their store manager, Eric, is great; however, I'm surprised Carly is a kitchen manager that works in customer service. I wonder how many other customers/coworkers, have experienced her attitude problems unnecessarily too. What was initially a great experience with Eric, with the potential for very large repeat orders, was quickly soured after dealing with this sour individual. Great job poisoning a good experience because you can't control your attitude and keep your snarky comments to yourself.
