点评：My husband and I had dinner at Ole because it is next door to the hotel where we stayed while passing through Scottsbluff.
It was Mothers Day and the place was packed, but we were seated and served in fairly short order. The customary chips came not only with the usual salsa (and it was reasonably hot), but also with a spicy bean dip and salsa verde. For my entree, our friendly server recommended Bisteak Ranchero. It was fantastic, and more than I could eat. Also, the beans and rice were flavorful and didn't taste like they had come out of a can and gone straight to the microwave as is the case in so many Mexican restaurants.
Something else that impressed us is that even though they were very busy, tables were being pulled out to vacuum between customers (the manager was pitching in, also), and everything was being wiped down well. Also, the manager stopped by our table to make sure we had all we needed and that we were enjoying our meal.
When we're on the road, we always try to eat at local restraurants rather than chains. I'm so glad we happened onto Ole!
