点评：We’ve stopped by The Cedar Room a few times over the past few years, as we travel from Denver to Lincoln where our daughter’s been in university. Each visit these past 4 years has been enjoyed. The staff are courteous, attentive, and engaging. The food has been outstanding across every visit. That right there speaks volumes, as in the restaurant game, consistency is huge. This time my wife and her mom both had pan seared walleye. Now we formerly lived in Northern Wisconsin, for over a decade, we know good walleye, and this was outstanding. I had steak, and again it was perfect. They serve a marshmallow and cinnamon dipping sauce with their sweet potato fries…they should sell it on the side. It’s incredible. Maybe instead of selling it on the side, make a sundae with it and chocolate ice cream…flambeau a marshmallow on top wait graham cracker sprinkles…it might become an addiction! This is hands down the best dining between Denver and Omaha! Frankly, it’s a gem!
