点评：I had a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellevue, where I arrived with my pregnant wife and three young kids on a recent Friday evening after a long day at the zoo. The staff at the front desk seem frazzled, but friendly enough when they checked us in. However, when we got up to our room I used the key they gave me and opened the door to find a trashed room with someone laying in the bed watching TV. Awkward.. I went back down to the front desk and they were surprised and confused that the room was occupied, even having to call up to that guest to confirm they were there. They apologized profusely and after some further confusion moved me and my family into what they believed to be their last available room for that night. I skeptically took the key and went up to that room, and found it trashed as well. At least no one was in there that time.. At that point I went back to the desk and requested a cancellation and full refund. The staff offered to clean the second room while we waited, but after seeing the condition that it was in I had no interest in putting my wife and kids in there after a rushed turnover, so I insisted on the refund, loaded everyone back up in the van and found another hotel that had room for us instead.
