点评：We got to Butte in time for dinner. Since we didn't know where else to go, we went to Perkins because we knew the restaurant.
We ordered the Fish and Chips with fried shrimp and a cup of tomato soup on the side. We always enjoy their tomato soup.
The food was very good, but the service, not so much. We had a hard time getting the waitress to come by with refills for my husband's iced tea and to check and make sure we didn't need anything during our meal.
We went back the next morning for breakfast. This time, the service was decent, but my potato pancakes were sorely lacking. They don't know how to make them at all! The cook put hash browns on the plate with a dollop of pancake batter in the center. Really Bad!
My husband seemed to enjoy his chicken biscuit breakfast with hash browns and eggs.
The service was a lot better this time.
We know Perkins is a good restaurant, so I hope they teach their cook the correct way to make potato pancakes. And make sure their waitresses pay attention to the customers.
