点评：Being new to the area, Topz had came highly recommended for a great sandwich. After some time I had finally given in & it has been an rollercoaster of an experience ever since. Putting the fact that the food is good aside, the execution/service is terrible! On multiple occasions we ordered Topz for delivery & it was delivered to the wrong house by their in-house staff. As a result we gave it a break, but had found ourselves with wanting to give it another try. When ordering it was noted that they now use Door Dash as a third party delivery service for all deliveries. No biggie there. However, upon receiving our order, items were missing so we contacted the specific Topz location directly & the individual that answered was rude immediately off the back as if there was nothing she could do about it as she couldn't leave the store and that we could come pick it up (sort of defeats the purpose of having something delivered in the first place). In some short defense she offered up 2 complimentary sandwich cards, but I opted simply for a monetary refund for the missing items which was accepted & the conversation ended. The next morning I received an email directly from Door Dash saying they received my request for a refund and it would be returned to me via Door Dash credits. Got nowhere with the credits, with nothing going into any account from Topz directly. Long story summarized, our extended break from this establishment is likely now permanent.
