点评：I've just been to KFC Leigh and I usually order at the till in order to claim my student reward as the machines don't allow you to do that (this should be fixed by the way). I always get a friendly reception from the staff, so I'm not too sure what the other reviews on here are referring to. No, I don't have any long conversations with them, but that's not their job? Their job is to take your order and give you the food at the end of the day. Regardless, I've never ever had any issues with the staff and have always found them to be lovely, as long as you're nice to them (you know, common human decency. You can't expect to be rude to someone and then they're lovely to you). Anyway. I'm ordering at the till and the manager comes over and starts to tell off the employee that is serving me (arguably the nicest and most helpful member of staff they have, in my opinion) and is just really quite rude to her and it made me feel uncomfortable as he was telling her off for me ordering at the till.. even though the till is there to be used and is operational, so what's the issue? Anyway, back to my point. The manager just walks over, berates the employee and then walks off and then the employee has to apologise to me (for doing nothing wrong) and I left feeling guilty for getting them in trouble.. even though there's no signage indicating you can't use the till.
To sum up, I've no idea what the issue was, but I think the manager could have handled it better.
I never have any issues with the food or the staff and I always enjoy my order. Just on this one occasion, that wasn't quite the case. No fault whatsoever on the employee servicing me! Ans I'd like to know why the tills can't be used all of a sudden?
