点评：Disappointing. The staff who served us were fine. But there must be a serious issue in the kitchen as by 12.30pm they had no jacket potatoes (they only served sandwiches, quiche and jackets.....and although soup was written on the menu; it was not on the menu) and the brown rolls were gone....and then they said it would be a 30 minute wait ......for sandwiches! (In fact it was more like 40 mins.....I could have cooked a full meal by then!!) They were people there but it was not over subscribed, not obviously busy, although in the tea room itself there were many queues I was told. So there is a problem with the kitchen ordering, planning, delivering and clearly insufficient kitchen staff. Very poor. A boring sandwich (with a very small selection to choose from) and apparently they buy in the quiches..... so I wonder if anyone in the kitchen has any culinary skills at all??? The serving staff were doing their best....but in a poorly managed and badly run kitchen there was little they could do to improve the lunch. I will not be returning and neither will any of my friends who were with me.
