点评：Left a message for a father day booking about 21st August. Did not recieve a confirmation so rang bank around Monday 26th. Young lady could not find my booking (disappointing) but took all my details and confirmed a booking for 12.30 on Fathers day for 3
Arrived at 12.20 and the female who attended us, informed as that we had no booking and they were booked out. Did not offer perhaps a option of a table in the bar or outside. It was factual. No booking Nothing we can do
Absolute disgrace. Just to ensure they this is not made up, there was another Wood (name) booked in at about 1.30
Fortunately we were able to get a table at Mr Brightside and had a enjoyable day no thanks to Mckinnon
Three phone calls (mobile ending in 7091) one visit and pathictic response
Yes mistakes can be made but two and then have it handle like that- Will never be back
