点评:I was there from Atlanta but I’m originally from Southwest Louisiana and some of my family in La., is in the crawfish farming business. This restaurant is rough looking where you order and around to where you eat outside - there’s a frig outside that has food in it and it is nasty to look at while you are eating. But……. and that’s a big big but - the food and service make up for it. I went two days straight and each day had the boiled 5lb crawfish special and it did not disappoint. Spiced great and the 5 lbs was just enough to please this Cajun man.
My server - I think her name was Christian was a great host/waitress . Always checking on all her tables and making the eating atmosphere pleasant. I watched her work tables of two people and tables of 8-10 people . It was amazing to watch her jump into action and systematically pull multiple tables together for big groups effortlessly and have their orders and food on the table in no time. All while making it look effortless - she is an asset to this restaurant.
