点评：We went to lunch on Friday at 1:30. We asked to be seated at a table up front away from other customers. The hostess said the table needed to be cleaned and then we could be seated. She then went back and asked our name. She did not go to clean the table or get someone to clean the table. Afew minutes later another hostess asked how many people were in our party. we said two and she took off to the back of the restaurant without us. when she turned around we signaled her that we did not want to sit there. She came back and seated us at another table we requested. She was not happy and said nothing to us. We placed our order and waited. about ten minutes later a lady sat across from us and ordered. Her meal, which was exactly what we ordered, cameout in about 5 minutes. We asked the waitress to check on our order. She said she would. A table of 4 people came and sat near us. Our waitress then took there order. I asked her to check on our order again. She disappeared and we never talked to her again. A manager (I think) came out and asked what we ordered and then told my wife that we would not have had a problem if we had sat where they first wanted to seat us. She indicated that it was our fault that our order never got put in. She never apologised at all. They charged us for the whole meal. Also Fries were not crisp as ordered and were mushy.
