点评:We booked a room at least two months in advance. Specifically with a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub. When we arrived we were told our room was already occupied and we’d have to be switched to a different room. We booked the jacuzzi tub because THAT is what we wanted. Apparently, other guests checked in a few days ago and then decided to extend their stay. The appropriate thing for the hotel to have done would be to accommodate them but in a DIFFERENT room than the one we had specifically booked in advance. We had just spent 7 hours in the car to get here. Disappointed is an understatement. We have been loyalty members for years and this is not professional. We are considering switching loyalty to a different hotel group because apparently loyalty and planning ahead means nothing to IHG. At this point I never want to stay at this hotel again and I typically come here twice every summer.
