点评:No luggage cart upon arrival. They have one for all the guests and it was rarely at the front door. Never found it when we needed to leave. Their explanation was "We have three, but two have broken wheels". Ummmm, fix them?
No clean towels for two days after we requested them, and only after I pursued it. Other guests had same complaint. No room cleaning or pick up of trash for 6 days. I carried my trash to outside bin when employees so kindly told me where to find it. Great service there. Front trash overflowing. Only positive point was helpful maintenance man who repaired a broken lamp when we reported it. There really in no good excuse for the practices we saw at this hotel. While they may try to throw their employees under the bus, there is clearly very poor management. Seek a better place to stay.
