点评：This place is fantastic!
I have tasted a number of their beers, and all have been amazing.
More importantly (for me) they treat them all with clarex, which reduces the gluten content to almost 0.
I am diagnosed coeliac, and haven't had a single issue drinking any beers, which is SO exciting!
As I understand it, they cannot class their beers as gluten free, but I have seen testing done on clarex treated beers, and the gluten content reliably gets to <20ppm, which is safe according to the Coeliac Society of Australia.
For the food: A friend organised their 30th here, and I am SO glad they did.
They served a huge variety of dishes, all were awesome. My wife (a regular, non-gf person), loved it all.
For the GF food, there was a bunch of options, and staff were very careful and communicated clearly.
We have been back a number of times since, and will keep going!
