点评：Telephone in the room wasn't working. The houseman knocked on our door at 10:40 to ask if we were going to check out or stay over, which he acknowledged that it wasn't check out time yet but he needed to know. I told him we woke up late and was trying to call the front desk to see if we could get an extra 30 minutes to check out and he stated that he didn't have anything to do with that (Rude). At exactly 11 a very unprofessional housekeeper name Crystal knocked on the door to say it's pass check out time and demanded we exit the room within 5 minutes or I wouldn't get my deposit back. We exited the room semi-dressed to be met by other guest leaving & fussing about how rude the same housekeeper was to them and they would never stay again. I told Crystal that she had very poor customer service and she said, "that's how we like it around here". I made a complaint to the front desk and the clerk apologized, which I appreciated it but the apology should have came from Crystal. I told the clerk I was trying to call the front desk with my cell phone when I got up to request a late check out but it said all circuits are busy. She told me the phone lines were down all morning. (SMH) I will NEVER stay here again!
