点评:Toured on a special re-opening day which included a generous serving of (rather good) ice cream - that was a nice treat when done the tour! Top to bottom tour, apparently a little more free form than normal and possibly a little less thorough (per guide), but there were plenty of folks stationed throughout to answer questions in more detail. Intereesting contrast to the grandeur of Summit - how 30 years and expanding utilities alter things. In its day, this was the top - only to be superceeded by a new crop of money. Very interesting in that so much of the original furnishings have been left. Some modernization, but mostly taken back to the 1870-1900 time frame. On the upper floors you don't get far into any of the rooms - sometimes a look see only - not sure if that changes when fully re-opened. Crowded, but agian this was a special day and is probabl ynot usually the case.
