Tavern on France的点评
点评：I 'called ahead' to get a table in the bar for a Birthday surprise for my friend.
When I arrived everything went bad:
1) Wait Staff laughed at me behind my back when I simply asked about the 'Call Ahead', as I thought it meant a table was reserved for me at my request time of 5 p.m.
2) I asked the waiter for his advise on their Tavern Rita and he recommended it, so I tried it, it was awful but he would not replace it with something else so I had to pay for that and order another drink which was a Mojito which was great.
3) We ordered food after informing our server that I had a serious onion allergy.
Server informed me there were no onions in either entree that we ordered so I ate them except for obvious onions on the skewers that I picked off. This morning I woke up sick with swollen eyes and throat due to onions in my ordered food that the server told me there were no onions.
4) I was told by Server, Breezy, that the COMPLIMENTARY birthday ice cream and cake was 'on the house' yet after paying my entire bill out with Breezy before his shift ended, I was presented with a 2nd bill for the ice cream and cake, which I would not have ordered had I not been told it was FREE.
Of course, because my Birthday guest was present, I did not make a big deal about this last night in his presence. I am making a big deal over this today and demand that management calls me immediately 507-837-9532
