点评:I ordered a sandwich on the app 90 minutes in advance for a specific pickup time, I was there around 5 minutes after the scheduled time and they said not ready yet, I stood there for an additional 15 minutes with over 20 people walking in off the street, ordering and getting their food, I asked again if my sandwich was ready, the person at the counter said you were an idiot for ordering over the lunch break and expecting it even near the time, he actually called me an idiot, the other people waiting could not believe it either. Another 5 minutes went by and I asked again, he said one more word and I’m throwing it in the garbage, when it finally was ready, over 20 minutes late, he held it up in the air and then threw it in the garbage, since I bought it with perks, I can’t even get a refund or my perks back. I’ve never experienced service like that in my life. Of course he was Brad Kohler the general manager, so I could not even ask to talk with a manager, how he became the manager with such horrible customer service skills is a mystery, but I will never go there again.
