Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant的点评
点评：No stars would be given if I could. I ordered a To Go Order on Saturday September 10th and had missing items. I arrived home and realized I didn’t receive everything so I immediately called Buca. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and was told the manager was not available due to “the dinner rush”. However, when I picked up my order, the parking lot was not full compared to when I have been in during an actual dinner rush. There was a lot of spaces open. They took my information and advised the manager would call me after the so called dinner rush. It’s been a few days, no call back.. Imagine that. Buca was then nice enough to send me a survey asking for my opinions on my experience and the manager emailed me saying to call him. So I need to call Buca AGAIN because they are too incompetent to contact me. I have now provided my contact information two times. Pathetic. So I don’t recommend ordering to go at this location unless you only want to receive half your items and you’ll realize the management only cares about the guests that dine in. I ordered items for my in-laws who were in town from Phoenix. They really would have loved the entire order as I raved about Buca. Trash experience.
