点评:I don’t know what was wrong with that server that greeted me. She was very rude and I felt offended by her poor customer service skills. You don’t treat nobody like that. When I first entered the restaurant I asked to dine in. This tall dark skinned chubby older lady with a wig on asked me if I would like the bar. I said no thank you, I will take a table instead. Then she took a couple more steps then sent me to a small seat section leaving me no room to sit and eat and then had the nerve to say “ your welcome!” Loud in a very negative attitude type of voice, when I most definitely did not tell this woman
“Thank you”. That is a very rude type of way to treat a customer, the people across the table heard it and felt she was rude for it, and it was embarrassing. I don’t know what was going on her life or troubles she was facing to come to work and have random attitudes with certain customers but regardless you don’t bring them negative attitudes and vibes to your job. I felt offended and didn’t say anything to her but went straight here to this comment section to give a review about her poor customer skills, and to let it be known about this because it is distasteful and disrespectful to guests coming to eat. This restaurant actually has good food, and good server’s as well. But this woman I don’t know her name but she most definitely needs to get her customer skills in tact instead of making random smart comments to people coming to spend their money and eat. Now the other waitress with the glasses actually served me and she did a great job. My complaint is about that dark skin tall kind of heavy set woman with the wig. She doesn’t need to bring rudeness to her work when communicating with customers.
