点评：Went for the first time for lunch and arrived around 12:30. There was a 20 minute wait so we just sat at the bar. Greatly immediately very politely. Started with a margarita. I went with the Superior as I wanted to try the a standard option to get a feel for the place. I considered the Don Julio option but $21 was a bit steep. The superior was $16. It has very good, balanced, fresh lime juice as I would have expected.
I’ve seen other comments about the chips and salsa and yes you have the pay for them. I mean $3, and if you don’t really want them then don’t get them. And if they cost a couple bucks but the salsa is better than great. I think people get accustomed to sitting at a Mexican restaurant and automatically getting free chips and average to below average salsa. We went ahead and got the salsa flight. 3 different salsas and plenty of chips. I like the arbol salsa best but thought all 3 were good. For lunch one special was birria tacos. Before a saw that I was going to get the mix and match street tacos but the birria jumped to the top of my list. I also got the elote corn. I thought everything is really good. 2 birria tacos and dipping sauce. They didn’t knock me out of my seat but they were very good. The corn was very good as well. And overall I thought the atmosphere was great and this was Monday at lunch time.
I’m giving 5/5 potentially partly due to being stuck in the Ann Arbor area we’re the dining seen is about weak. It seems when ever we get into the Detroit suburbs the quality of all parts of the dining experience goes up a notch. But this was legitimately good and no issue driving another 15 minutes to get there vs Ann Arbor.
