点评：The three of us strolled in at 10:45 and were seated on the patio. The server informed us that the kitchen was about to close (at 11) and that we'd better hurry to get our order in on time. After hurrying to pick something out, she came back five minutes later and said that the kitchen was in fact already closed, ovens turned off and everything, but that we could still order drinks if we wanted to.
She left us to look over the drinks menu, then came back again, 5 minutes later to let us know that "actually the manager decided to go ahead and make our food after all since we were technically there before 11, but that it would take at least 45 mins to make because they had to wait for the ovens, grill, etc to heat back up." We said we didn't mind waiting and told her to tell the manager thanks.
After some great drink recommendations (it was our first time eating there), our yummy drinks came out, and when our food came out it was delicious too. When it comes time to pay the bill, the server informs us that "because we had to wait so long the manager says that everything is on the house- thanks so much for coming in!" Our jaws all dropped and we looked around at each other speechless. We asked if she was sure and she said yes with a genuine smile, then brought us some boxes.
So- after turning the grill and oven back on JUST FOR US, they gave us $70 worth of food and drinks for free. And all with NO ATTITUDE WHATSOEVER, and THEM OFFERING ALL OF IT. This was on a holiday weekend btw, they were already busy with plenty of customers.
Also- we have several cross-contamination sensitive food allergies (4!) and they were able to accommodate those.
Obviously this is our new favorite place in Plymouth, and we recommend it to everyone who asks where a good spot to eat downtown is. It's rare to find a place where they value customers to this extent - let alone one with really tasty food, an extensive beer list/creative drink menu and friendly staff. Also the atmosphere is really relaxed and inviting, with a whole bunch of space and different types of seating (booths, tables, bar etc) as well as a decent sized patio.
We ended up leaving our server a $40 tip because karma! Lol. Try this place out- you won't be disappointed.
