One Drop Brewing Company的点评
点评：Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. My friend and I stopped by to try out One Drop cause it’s the last brewery in the area we’ve explored. We were served very quickly by a less than hospitable bartender. Upon exclaiming I was a “beer novice” the bartender was annoyed and less than helpful, no suggestions, no effort to help. We decided to order a flight after samples weren’t offered. Our drinks were brought promptly with gesture at the menu and flight and he said, “top to tip” and walked away. We were two of five customers and completely ignored. I pushed the full beers to the far edge of the bar and waited 30 full minutes before waving down our bartender to ask for our bills. Again, no chit chat, no questions, just our bills. Upon seeing our virtually untouched flight they rolled his eyes and walked away. And once my back was turned they nodded to the flight, and to me, and rolled their eyes at my friend. The service was nonexistent. The sarcastic “thank you, have a great night” as we walked out was the most interaction we got. The place was dead on a Saturday night and I can only imagine it’s because it was the most unwelcoming bar I’ve been into. I can handle not caring for the food or drinks- I just won’t go back. But being treated poorly and being disrespected is never ok.
