点评：Everyone at the front desk that we came in contact with was fabulous. Our bed was comfortable. However, our room was not very clean. There was food on the floor behind the chair. The tile floor had not been mopped and the carpet was dirty. We called downstairs to request additional pillows and the front desk flat refused to provide us with any additional pillows. The pillows were terribly flat. The towels provided were scratchy and very small. Please invest in some fluffier towels. There was a brownie that was on the floor for our entire stay of 3 nights in the hallway near an employees only entrance on the 2nd floor. And finally, most of the breakfast items were watered down: the cranberry juice was cranberry water, the waffle mix was watered down, along with the coffee and the oatmeal. The corner cutting was very apparent at your hotel and I hope you use this review to take a look at the items mentioned here.
