点评：I've been going here with a group of friends for about 4-5 years now and it's become a tradition that I would never want to quit! The food is delicious and the staff is AMAZING (shout out to Miguel, Raul, Seira, Angelica, Crystal and anyone else I've missed --- LOVE you all!) Some of my go-to faves: shrimp tacos, anything with beef cheek (quesadillas, tacos, etc.), taco salad, fajitas (the meal that ends up being 2-3) and anything from the bar :D I'd also like to take a moment to really commend the staff & owners: ever since COVID started, it's been extremely tough for most every restaurant to obtain/keep their staff. I know there may be times Alchile can get really busy (as there are a lot of us that go regularly) and there may be times you may have to wait longer than you'd like to get a seat (or your food/drink) but know that the staff works really hard & truly cares about each customer and you will NOT be disappointed! They are well worth the wait
