Burger King的点评
点评：Horrible! Short version: I checked my drive through order before leaving and it was incorrect. Went inside and reordered burger. Checked b4 leaving and still incorrect….. I mean not even close. The person at the counter walked away and then a woman walked up and stood there, staring, not saying a word. I waited, politely. I’m assuming it was a manager but she didn’t have the courtesy of introducing herself or being remotely pleasant. . Finally she asks “what the problem is”
Me: I’ve ordered a whopper twice and it’s never accurate
Her: what do you want?
Me: whopper w/ cheese, p, m, only. No
Lettuce, no tomato, no ma……
Her, interrupting: I GET IT, I GET IT, I GET IT!
I was speechless. So rude and unnecessary. I was patient. I was polite. I was receiving ridiculously poor service, and she yells at me?!?
Never again. This place needs all new staff, or shut it down.
