A Charming B&B in a Good Location
Market Street Inn的点评
点评：Due to our trip uncertainty with hard-to-predict weather, we lucked out with last-minute B&B reservations on Mackinac Island. A cancellation allowed us to stay at the Market Street Inn, in a Family Suite with a Queen bed closed off by a curtain from a kitchenette and a sleep couch.
The Suite had a private entrance off to the side of the B&B and down about 6 steps. The main part of the suite had light coming in from the span of windows off a small patio outside the room.
Included in the breakfast were muffins, fresh-baked turnovers, yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, a selection of beverages and a hard-boiled egg. We had a choice of where the breakfast was served. We choose to eat on a larger, patio in the back of the B&B with lovely flowers and trees. There we were able to store our bikes, out of view from the street. Topping it all off, we enjoyed mid-afternoon cookies and samples of fudge while sitting on the charming front porch watching the quiet, picturesque stream of horse and carriages, cyclists, and pedestrians.
We did not see the other rooms in the B&B but understand some are small. You might want to check with the very gracious, informative owners, Brian and Liz. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
